In the past centuries across the plain, there lived Native American close to each other. They, therefore, had freedom of moving from one point to the next freely across the land. They enjoyed the privilege until the time the white men came and occupied some areas.

However today the area is occupied with different tribes who have changed history and beliefs. The Native Americans still face challenges regarding their hard historical events up to modern discrimination. They also met many treaties, including the removal from the American land.
