Whales and fish are very interesting animals. Most people think they are very alike but in reality there is a lot about them that are not the same. Fish have gills that filter oxygen from the water, whales have a blow hole that they come up for air and take a breath. whales are marine mammals as well fish well are fish. they lay eggs and dont need to go up to the surface and get air.

Answer: they’re mammals

Step-by-step explanation:

Whales differ from fish because even though they are aquatic animals they are mammals and have the surface for oxygen. They also differ from fish by birthing live young
