50 Points to whoever helps me please!

You must show all work and proper units for credit.

The temperature inside your freezer is 0 degrees Celsius. You place a balloon with an initial temperature of 30 degrees C and a volume of 0.75 liters in the freezer. Once the balloon is fully chilled, what will its volume be?

Remember to pay close attention to the units of temperature before beginning your calculations.

Answer:

0.68 liters

Explanation:

We can use Charles Law to solve this:

(V_1)/(T_1)=(V_2)/(T_2)

Where

V_1 is initial volume of balloon

V_2 ballon's final volume [what we ought to find]

T_1 Balloon's initial Temperature

T_2 Fridge's initial temprature

* Remember, we need to make Celcius to Kelvin by adding 273

So,

V_1 = 0.75

V_2 = what we need to find

T_1 = 30 + 273 = 303

T_2 = 0 + 273 = 273

Plugging, and solving, we get:

(0.75)/(303)=(V_2)/(273)\\0.75*273=303V_2\\204.75=303V_2\\V_2=(204.75)/(303)\\V_2=0.68

Final Volume of Balloon = 0.68 Liters
