Yes, hovering over customers can make them feel uncomfortable in, for example, having a conversation because of another set of ears listening and constantly being interrupted

Answer:

Just in case someone needed the first 5 answers :)

These are my own answers and feel free to use and adjust them!

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Explain the impact that a host or hostess has on a customer's impression of a restaurant.

The hostess or host makes a big impact on the customer's impression of a restaurant because that is the first person you see when you walk into the restaurant and if they’re not properly dressed, have a bad attitude, then it could give the impression that others in the restaurant are the same.

2. Can a server be too attentive to their patrons? Explain.

Yes, if a server is hovering over customers and constantly checking in on them even when they don’t need anything or say very little to the server can make them feel uncomfortable.

3. Why is a drug user more likely to commit employee theft?

The drug user will most likely commit employee theft because he/her needs money to support their addiction and with a range of emotions and unclear thinking because of the drugs, they will do whatever will get them fast cash.

4. Describe the procedural deterrents a restaurant manager might take to prevent being robbed while making a bank deposit.

Managers should vary their times of making trips to the bank and take different routes, which keeps the thieves from establishing a routine or even asks for a police escort to ensure that they are safe and protected.

5. How can a time-delay safe prevent a successful robbery?

In a robbery, time and precision are two of the important things, so a time-delay safe can delay access to the safe’s contents by a certain amount of time and thus the robber's timed plans will be offset by the time-delay safe.
