The French and Indian war ended in 1763, and out of it came the Treaty of Paris. This treaty gave Great Britain a lot of land in North America, and disputes over who had to pay for the aftermath of the French and Indian War eventually lead to discontent with the Colonists. This discontent eventually lead to the American Revolution.

The French and Indian war had a dramatic effect on the colonies. Britain was occupied with the seven years war with the France and had kind of left the American colonists to its own devices. The crown was very lax in tax collection during the war. Colonial leaders enjoyed a great deal of autonomy in this period
Idk if this helps but I tired lol
