Answer:

The answer to your question is: three hours.

Explanation:

data

Jogger 1 = 6 mi/h

Jogger 2 = 6.5 miles/h , starts 15 min (0.25 h) after the first Jogger

Time when the second jogger catch the first jogger = ?

Process

Advantage of the first jogger d = vt = 6(0.25) = 1.5 mi

Distance where they meet 1.5 + 6t = 6.5t

Find the t value 6.5t - 6t = 1.5

0.5 t = 1.5

t = 1.5 / 0.5

t = 3 hours
