-3 < 4

5 < 6

7 < 8

9 < 10

105 < 106

As each of the respective terms of O is smaller than the respective terms of E, so E will be greater than O.

Now, by subtracting each respective terms of O from E

4-(-3)=7

6-5 = 1

8-7=1

10-9=1

106-105=1

=>7+1+1+1+1=11
