muffins at $0.45 apiece and n bags of carrot sticks at $0.40 apiece, the total number of dollars raised will be T =
0.45m + 0.40n. How many dollars will they raise if they sell 140 muffins and 100 bags of carrot sticks?

T = 0.45 (140) + 0.40 (100)

T = 63 + 40

T = 103
