People converse verbally and instead utilize images and video. -More trees are accessible since there is less demand for paper. -It is more difficult to share and transmit accurate or unreliable information.

- No need for occupations involving reading or writing

People would use like audiobooks, images, and videos instead of written material to communicate.

Statistics show that every year around 4 billion trees or 35% of total trees are used for paper...

I wonder what would happen if food was grown instead of paper being produced...would the cost of food be a lot less, would it help in reducing global hunger?

The global food crisis is coming up soon anyway...

People often look at illiteracy itself as negative but as you can see literacy can also be negative and illiteracy positive in some aspects.
