"Comme touriste en France" is not really grammatically correct....
En tant que touriste en France means "As being a tourist in France"
or you can say
Étant touriste en France , Being a tourist in France...

En tant que = comme étant = As being
CAREFUL = it's not "en tante que"
In some sentences you may use "comme" instead of "en tant que"
exemple =
c'est mon premier jour en tant qu'enseignant => CORRECT
It's my first day as being a teacher
C'est mon premier jour comme enseignant => CORRECT
but you can't in every sentences... Sorry !!
