Answer: Science not only helps us in our daily lives, but also is essential to us, as science can be credited to discovering numerous new species around the globe, creating inventions that play a significant role in allowing us to live more conveniently and advantageously, alongside ensuring our continued survival through researching new medicine to combat our illnesses. Without science, we would lack so much technology that the majority of us would consider essential to our everyday routines—some examples include the vehicles we utilize to travel around, the mobile devices that are necessary to communicate with one another (even with people on the other side of the planet), and adding onto the former point—grants us the ability to connect with different cultures and discover the uniqueness of the world through simply tapping a screen. Furthermore, without science, we as a human species would likely have gone extinct. Science cures our diseases and creates vaccines that we need to fight against sickness, especially ones that can prove to be fatal if remained uncured.

Many younger people grew up knowing modern technology—which, again, is a result of scientific discoveries and inventions throughout the decades—and regularly rely on such to entertain themselves. As the aforementioned point of being able to connect with other people states, individuals can form long-lasting friendships or relationships with people that they otherwise would not be able to in real life—perhaps due to a wide variety of reasons, such as immobility, anxiety, or their environment.
