Answer:

When a point is rotated 180°, it actually get reflected towards the cemter of rotation. This works for all x=360k°+180° rotation angles

Explanation:

(a, b) reflected 180° towards (c, d) and became (x, y). then,

(x, y) = (2c-a,2d-b)

=> (2(-3)-(-4), 2(0)-1) = (-2,-1)
