Then you would get rid of all of the decimals...

Then you would multiply like you normally would, and you should get 69.

After that, you have to be able to move the decimal point 2 times to the left because earlier you moved the decimal point to the left, once for reach number, and that would mean that you have moved the decimal point twice, so now once you get your answer you would move the decimal point twice to the left of 69. ANd that should give you 0.69.
