Hello!

finding the mean and median: the mean is the average of a list of numbers. to find this, add all the numbers up, and divide by the amount of numbers you had.

in this case, there are 250 hours, which converts to 15,000 minutes.

and there are 210 minutes. add them together to get 15,210 minutes.

there are 8 numbers added together. so divide 15,210 by 8

15,210 / 8 = 1901.25

converting that into hours, you have 31 hours, 41 minutes, and 15 seconds.

the mean is 31:41:15

to find the median, sort the numbers from largest to smallest and select the middle number. if there is no middle number add the middle 2 together and divide by 2

in this case, the numbers are organized from greatest to least like so:

46:52, 41:30, 35:37, 31:35, 27:13, 24:01, 23:41, 23:01

there is 2 middle ones, so we add them together and divide by 2

31:35 + 27:13 = 58:53

58:53 / 2 = 29:26:30

the median is 29:26:30

mean = 31:41:15

median = 58:53

I hope this helps, and have a nice day!
