Therapeutic communication is a technique in which there is a face to face communication between patient and the doctor. The whole conversation is regarding physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
This therapeutic communication is generally used by the nurses for getting all the information of the patient. They make proper observation of the expression and emotion of the patient. They also help their patient to come out of the depression when suffering with any disease.
The patients are allowed to express all the negative feelings in front of the doctor or nurse. By the help of these negative feelings the doctor or the nurse boost up the confidence level.
