B. Mold
Explanation – Mold is a fungus and is not a protist. Euglena, paramecium and amoeba are the examples of protist. Euglena is a photosynthetic organism. Paramoecium and amoeba are unicellular eukaryote that live in water. Paramecium have cilia for its locomotion.
However, amoeba moves by its pseudopodia. Both of these organisms are now characterized as protozoans. Some protists like diatoms and dinoflagellates have silica deposit on their cell wall. These organisms when die deposits silica on the surface.
