(c) -2 = x

(d) x-intercept(s): (-6, 0), (2, 0)

y-intercept: (0, -3)

Explanation:

(a) It clearly opens up at a minimum point of -4.

(b) It is the centre point of your parabola.

(c) Take the x-coordinate of your vertex and set it equal to x.

(d) X-intercepts [Zeros, or roots] are where they intersect the x-axis on both ends of the parabola, and according to the graph, they intersect the x-axis at the above answers.
