Explanation:

Here we see the blue line. Assuming it to be the graph of the function we are about to find Domain for.

Here we see that the graph is a straight line , parallel to x axis at y=-5

Hence the function will be

f(x)=-5

Also for every values of x, y =-5. Hence it is defined for all values of x. So the Domain is Set of All Real numbers

However,

For every value of x, the value of y is constant that is -5. Hence The range of f(x)=-5 is {-5}
