Question-1:

Formula of a circle is (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2 where (h,k) is centre and r is radius

Question-2:

The formula for finding a coterminal angle is(θ+360k) where θ is the given angle and k is an integer(positive or negative) ..the least negetive coterminal (where k=1 )of -35 is=(-35-360×1)=-395 and the least positive coterminal(k=1)of -35 is=(-35+360×1)=325
