6 is n-8 because decrease means subtraction

7. Twice the sum means multiplied by 2 sum means addition and a number is the unknown so if we put it together we get 2( 15+n)

8. I'm not sure about 8 but pretty much increased means addition times mean multiplication and twice could be the exponent.
