Distance between (8, 5) and (8, 3) = 5 - 3 = 2

Distance between (8, 3) and (2, 3) = 8 - 2 = 6

Distance between (2, 3) and (2, 5) = 5 - 3= 2

Total length of border = 6 + 2 + 6 + 2 = 16
