Answer: Yes I believe College Education should be free, Because people need to learn, and some people want to go to college but don´t have the money. People grow to forget without much learning. And even worse without anything to do, people become lazy, moody, and sit around doing nothing but living off of food and video games. no offence to anyone. :/
