Given that,

Mass, m = 250 g

Volume of the container, V = 50 cm³

To find,

The density of the oil.

Solution,

Density = mass/ volume

The computation for density is as follows :

\rho =(m)/(V)\\\\\rho =(250\ g)/(50\ cm^3)\\\\=5\ g/cm^3

So, the density of the oil is
5\ g/cm^3.
