(1 1/10)/(1 1/5) = 1.1/1.2 = 11/12

You can also work this using improper fractions:

(1 1/10)/(1 1/5) = (11/10)/(6/5) = 11/10×5/6 = (11×5)/(6×10)

= (11×5)/(6×2×5) = 11/(6×2) = 11/12
