Explanation:

A dilation is an enlargement if the scale factor is greater than 1 and a reduction if it is less than 1. In this it is an enlargement so you multiply each coordinate by the scale factor which is 4. Since the coordinate for T is (1,2) you multiply 1x4 and 2x4 making the new coordinate (4,8). Since it is a new coordinate you add ' to the letter for the coordinate. Then you do that for the rest of the coordinates and graph it.
