Answer:

y= 2/11 x +(41/11)

Explanation:

The equation of any line is

y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b an offset

To obtain that equation we need at least two points from that line.

The points were given, and they are the following:

p1= (-4,3)

p2 = (7,5)

The slope is given by the following equation

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

By evaluating those points we have that m= 2/11

To obtain b, we nee to evaluate the equation in any point from the line, like p2.

5= 2/11 * 7 +b

We obtain from there that b= 5-14/11

thus

the equation of our line is y= 2/11 x +(5-14/11)
