Applying binomial theorm to expand above expression, we get:


\sum _(i=0)^8\binom{8}{i}x^(\left(8-i\right))y^i

x^8+8x^7y+28x^6y^2+56x^5y^3+70x^4y^4+56x^3y^5+28x^2y^6+8xy^7+y^8

third term is 28x^6y^2

if x=0.3 and y=0.7 then

28x^6y^2= 28(0.3)^6(0.7)^2

=0.01000188 !
