It tells us that the transformation is (x - 5, y + 3)

Basically what this means is that your graph was shifted 5 units to the left and 3 units up

To have (2, -1) transformed follow these steps:

(2 - 5, -1 + 3)

(-3, 2)

^^^This is your transformed coordinate
