Since this is not exactly linear, but the data resemble a line, you will use the linear regression program on your calculator. Go to "stat" then edit. Enter the number of gallons in L1 and the number of miles in L2. When you are done with that, hit "stat" again, arrow over to "calc" and go down to LinReg. Hit enter and you will get the linear regression equation, which is the same thing as the line of best fit. It is

y = 19.4x +16

We want to find the number of gallons, y, that you can go on x = 15 gallons of gas. Sub in 15 for x and do the math:

y = 19.4(15) + 16 gives you

y = 307
