The DNA of all organisms is made up of the same sugar backbone and nitrogen

bases. Explain what creates differences among individuals.

When a fetus is developing DNA from both parents is combined to make that fetus. And it will be unique because the father and mother both had different parents that had different DNA and so did their parents before them. With all of those different combinations no two people can have the same DNA (accept twins and things like that)
