Going on a diet and exercising is the best thing to do to lose weight quickly. You will burn more calories than you consume.

Going on a diet is key, but cutting out all junk food is needed for this process. Having enough protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables will make you have sustainable meals! Exercise atleast 60 minutes a day (going on a simple walk is a very calming exercise btw). Try to push yourself hard, but not too hard that you break your foot! Hope this helps :)
