First question- First put your turn signal on, next check for any ongoing traffic and wait until it is clear lastly start to drift into the lane you need to clear away from traffic

Second question- One example is where an emergency vehicle is approaching and there is no pull over lane you are allowed by law to speed up just to get to a place where you can move aside for the emergency vehicles

Third question- (not sure about this one) the first step is to parallel park directly next to the curb having the car point down the hill, both automatic and manual transmission would need the same steps. When parking you must put both the emergency brakes and regular brakes on to insure no one is injured.

Fourth question- be sure to turn off the car fully, that includes headlights inside lights and the engine. You must be sure to put on both emergency and regular brakes. Once you have the brakes on and the car turned off unbuckle your seat belt take the keys out of the ignition and leave the vehicle locking the doors behind you.
