CORRECT ANSWER = TÉLÉPHONER

A- promettre = (promise) you can promise something to somebody► FALSE

B- téléphoner = (phone) you can only phone TO somebody ► CORRECT

C- Dire = (say) you can "say" something to somebody ► FALSE

D- écrire = (write) you can write something to somebody ► FALSE
