Explanation:

Whenever you are doing a 90° clockwise rotation ABOUT THE ORIGIN, it is in the form of [y, -x], meaning you take the y and make it your x, then take your original x and put its OPPOSITE.

90° counterclockwise rotation → [-y, x]

90° clockwise rotation → [y, -x]
