-3x+11

Explanation:

f(x) = 2x-1 + 3 =2x+2

g(x) = 5x-9

(f-g)(x)= 2x+2 - (5x-9)

Distribute the minus sign

= 2x+2 - 5x +9

Combine like terms

= -3x+11
