If there was a sudden drop in the temperature after the evolution of the first living cells,
predict how that might have affected the changes in the atmosphere and the evolution of cyanobacteria and other autotrophs. Explain your answer.

The rising temperature will increase the rate of anaerobic respiration, up to a point. Beyond that the heat will start putting a stress on the organismand the rate will go down. More heat will eventually kill the organelles.
