Explanation:

y-10=3x (rearrange)

we get: y = 3x + 10 ----------- eq. (1)

2y=6x+20 (divide both sides by 2)

we get: y = 3x + 10 ----------- eq. (2)

We can see that (1) = (2).

i.e they are the same line! hence there are infinite number of solutions.
