Option D is correct.

You can tell by observing that triangles ACD and BCD are congruent: they are both right triangles (because CD is perpendicular to AB) with a leg in common (CD) and the other leg congruent (AD = BD because CD bisects AB).

So, they must have the same hypotenuse as well, i.e. AC = BC
