Basic Knowledge.

(f×g)(x) =f(x) × g(x)

SOLUTION

——————

Given:

f(x) = 3x+8

g(x) = x²

To find: (f×g)(x)

Method:

(f×g)(x)= f(x) × g(x)

= (3x+8) × (x²)

= (3x)(x²) +(8)(x²)

= 3x³ +8x²

So; (f×g)(x) = 3x³ +8x² is your Answer.

Hope it helps...
