you need to look at the formula for the volume of a cylinder.

Vc = ground area × height

and the ground area of a cylinder is a circle.

the area of a circle is : pi×r²

with r being the radius.

so,

Vc = pi×r² × height = 19 cm³

now, the radius (r) is doubled.

so, the new volume is

Vcnew = pi×(2r)² × height = pi×4r² × height =

= pi×r² × height × 4 = Vc × 4 = 19×4 = 76 cm³
