The address indicates that, as small (unimportant) as Jane is, she is important. Why? Consider Psalm 8:3-6 before you answer: When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

Answer:

Jane is important because she is a human being, image of God, and therefor the greatest creation of God.

Step-by-step explanation:

The Psalm 8 is a praise to God noticing the immensity of his creation but spotting the centrality of men in it.

It is recognized the magnificent handmade work of God in the order of the universe, that even as material as the moon and the stars are, still are wonderful and worthy of admiration. On the other hand, it is also recognized that angels have a higher rank in the beings than men.

Both, the universe and angels seem greater compared to humans.

Nevertheless, men are God's greatest creation for he has crowned them with glory and honor, as for he was created them as His own image, which also means that they have a special value: a dignity among all other creation, and with that a mission in the universe.

This is why this Psalm indicates that Jane is important for she is an image of God and therefore His greatest creation, even before stars or angels, so even the smallest act of Jane is greater that anything that other creation does.
