For this case we have that by definition, the volume of a cylinder is given by:

V = \pi * r ^ 2 * h

Where:

A: It is the radius of the cylinder

h: It's the height

We have according to the data that:

r = \frac {34} {2} = 17 \ m\\h = 27 \ m

Substituting in the equation we have:

V = \pi * (17) ^ 2 * 27\\V = \pi * 289 * 27\\V = 24501.42\ m^3

ANswer:

V = 24501.42\ m^3
