30 = r+r+rt = r(2+t)

r = 30/(t+2)

Arc length = 30t/(t+2)

A = Area = (1/2)*Arc*radius

A = (1/2)*30t/(t+2)*30/(t+2)

A = 90t/(t+2)/(t+2) = 90t/(t+2)^2

A(t) = 90t/(t+2)^2
