Please answer ASAP!!!!

When 50 people took part in a medical study to test drug A, 1 of them felt better. Another medical study was conducted with a similar drug, called drug B. Experimental tests showed that 2 out of 50 people felt better after taking drug B. The manufacturer of drug B advertises that its "new and improved" drug is "twice as effective as drug A."
