Prime: 9/25 Not Prime: 16/25

Explanation:

In 1 - 25 there are 9 prime numbers, or numbers that cannot be divided by anything other than 1 or itself. They are 2 3 5 7 11 13 17 19 and 23,

Selecting a NON Prime: 25-9= 16 so we would put 16 over 25.

16/25 since it can not be reduced that is the fraction

Selecting a Prime: We know there is 9 prime numbers so we would put it over 25. 9/25 also cannot be reduced any further,
