.75=75%

8*.75=cost of sub=6

total cost- cost of sub=cost of cookies

8-6=2

The cost of 2 cookies is 2 dollars

Now to find the cost per cookie we take the total cost of the cookies, and divide it by the amount of cookies-

2/2=cost per cookie=1

It cost $1 for each cookie.
