Answer:

Syphilis and Polio

Step-by-step explanation:

The Columbian Exchange meant that apart from the movement of people, technology, and ideas, there were also diseases that were brought both tot he New World and to the Old World. The two diseases that were brought from the New World to the Old World were the syphilis and the polio. Despite these diseases not having the effect that the Old World diseases had on the Native Americans, still they managed to do lot of damage. Both of these diseases managed to kill lot of people, especially in the western part of Europe, and the reason was that the Europeans did not had immunity to them. It was not only the ordinary people that suffered from these diseases, but there were numerous rulers and people from the high aristocracy that fell victim to them as well.
