-1 since in point slope form [ y-y1=m(x-x1)] m=slope and in y+10= -(x-15) “-“ is written and when there isn’t a number there (in front on parentheses) the number is 1. So the answer is -1.
Btw this is just another way to work this out the other answer can be used as well

Simplify the equation out.

y + 10 = -1x + 15

y = -1x + 5

We can use slope intercept form.

y = mx + b

We typically don't put a 1 in front of a variable, but for slope purposes, I put it.

So the slope (m value) would be -1.
