Replace x with -2:

6 * 1/3^-2

When you raise a number to a negative exponent change the sign of the exponent and rewrite the base to its reciprocal.

The reciprocal of 1/3 = 3

You now have:

6 * 3^2

Simplify:

6 * 9 = 54
