Substituting equation 1 in equation 2, we get:
4x-2(-4x+3)=6
4x+8x-6=6
4x+8x=6+6
12x=12
x=1
Replace x=1 in equation 1, we get:
y = -4(1)+3
y = -4+3
y=-1
